The site

These terms cover the byeMyBrain website. The studio is founded by Ognjen Dabić in Požega, Serbia.

Prices and the scheduler

Prices on the page are starting rates. A conversation confirms the scope. Using the site, the form, or the scheduler does not create a contract and does not reserve a time.

Work starts when both sides agree in writing, including by email.

The work itself

A project agreement, once made, is the contract for that build. These terms do not replace it. Source code for client work stays with the client, as the plans on this site describe.

A subscription starts with 4 free days. You can stop on any of those days and owe nothing. Everything made in those 4 days is your intellectual property. Payment starts only if you continue past those days. Those days are not available on a one-time project. One-time work is charged from the start. A subscription is for a web application or software that continues, and only when the conditions on this site are met.

This website

The text, the name byeMyBrain, and the design of this site belong to the studio. You may not copy the site and present it as your own studio.

Project names point at work shipped by the founder. The longer record is at ognjendabic.dev.

Law

These terms follow the law of the Republic of Serbia. The site is a description of the studio. A decision made from the starting prices alone is yours to make.
